What is a Sales Guarantee?

An easy way to share costs within your group

💡

A sales guarantee is a pricing model where you agree in advance on a minimum purchase amount for the event. This sum covers the venue rental, games, and service.

1

Agree on the sales guarantee

For example €699 for a 3-hour party. This is your target for purchases during the party (drinks, food, etc.)

2

Enjoy the evening

Celebrate and use our bar services normally. All purchases are tallied up.

3

At the end of the night

If your purchases exceed the guarantee – great, no extra charge! If purchases fall short, you pay the difference.

📊 Example

✅ Target reached

Sales guarantee €699, your purchases €750

You pay: €750 (no extra charge)

💰 Target not reached

Sales guarantee €699, your purchases €500

You pay for the venue: €199 (the difference)

💡 Tip: With a larger group, the sales guarantee is easily met! For example, for a group of 20 people, €699 means only ~€35 per person for the entire evening's drinks and food.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long can my party last?

+

With a fixed price, the party can last 2–6 hours, and with a sales guarantee 3–6 hours. The venue must be vacated by 2:00 AM at the latest.

Can we bring our own drinks?

+

Our venue is a licensed bar area, so bringing your own alcoholic beverages is not allowed. We sell cold drinks, wines, and cocktails on site at reasonable prices.

What does the sales guarantee mean?

+

The sales guarantee is the second way to price your party. We agree in advance on an amount that purchases made during the party count towards. For a 3-hour party the sales guarantee is €699, and for longer parties the amount grows with the duration. If purchases reach the guarantee, there is no separate venue charge. If they fall short, you pay the difference at the end of the party.

I'm not a gamer – is this place still for us?

+

Absolutely! GameSpace's idea is to offer experiences for everyone, and previous gaming experience doesn't matter. The venue offers diverse activities, and most often the focus of our parties is on togetherness and having fun – not just gaming.

Can I organize my own program or do you have something ready?

+

Yes, you can bring your own programme. You can also leave it to us: the host can run a playful team challenge played in small teams. The team challenge is included in the price, the challenges vary, and no gaming experience is needed.

What about food?

+

We handle catering flexibly for different needs. We can arrange snacks or other treats according to your wishes. We also have catering partners available, and if you want, we prepare SpaceDogs gourmet hot dogs directly at our venue. Tell us what kind of catering you'd like – we'll take care of the rest.

How early should we arrive before the event starts?

+

We ask that you arrive no more than 10 minutes before the event starts, so our staff has time to prepare the venue for your use.
