What is a Sales Guarantee?

An easy way to share costs within your group

A sales guarantee is a pricing model where you agree in advance on a minimum purchase amount for the event. This sum covers the venue rental, games, and service.

For example €699 – this is your target for purchases during the evening (drinks, food, etc.)

Enjoy the evening

Celebrate and use our bar services normally. All purchases are tallied up.

At the end of the night

If your purchases exceed the guarantee – great, no extra charge! If purchases fall short, you pay the difference.

How long can my party last?

Party duration is fully customized to your wishes. Please note, however, that the venue must be vacated by 2:00 AM at the latest.

Can we bring our own drinks?

Our venue is a licensed bar area, so bringing your own alcoholic beverages is not allowed. We sell cold drinks, wines, and cocktails on site at reasonable prices.

What does the sales guarantee mean?

The sales guarantee is an easy and fair way to cover venue costs through sales generated during your party. During the quote phase, we agree together on the sales guarantee, i.e., the target amount. If the sales guarantee is met, no separate venue rental is charged. If sales fall below the agreed level, we invoice the difference between actual sales and the sales guarantee at the end of the party.

I'm not a gamer – is this place still for us?

Absolutely! GameSpace's idea is to offer experiences for everyone, and previous gaming experience doesn't matter. The venue offers diverse activities, and most often the focus of our parties is on togetherness and having fun – not just gaming.

Can I organize my own program or do you have something ready?

Yes, organizing your own program works great. If you prefer, you can also leave the program to us. We offer, for example, a ready-made team challenge where guests are divided into small teams and compete playfully in various gaming challenges. The challenges are designed so that previous gaming experience gives no advantage, and team progress is tracked on a real-time leaderboard. Ask about program options when requesting a quote.

What about food?

We handle catering flexibly for different needs. We can arrange snacks or other treats according to your wishes. We also have catering partners available, and if you want, we prepare SpaceDogs gourmet hot dogs directly at our venue. Tell us what kind of catering you'd like – we'll take care of the rest.

How early should we arrive before the event starts?

We ask that you arrive no more than 10 minutes before the event starts, so our staff has time to prepare the venue for your use.
